Engagement Coordinator

Part-Time, In-Person

The Engagement Coordinator reports to the Program Director and is responsible for
developing and executing organization events that promote the Crescent Foundation's
mission, increase community involvement, and support program initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement community-based events and activities within assign budget
  • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events,
    workshops, town halls and other programming.
  • Coordinate with event contractors and assist with logistics at events.
  • Manage and train volunteers to support programming events.
  • Maintain documentation and maintenance of event registration and attendance
    for evaluation purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning, volunteer coordination, and event management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budget

Salary: $10,500
