Ediomi uses her creative gifts to celebrate the beauty of life as a professional marketing consultant, model, photographer, and seasoned event producer. In 2009, she founded and ran Converse 4 a Cure (C4C), a nonprofit with a mission to raise awareness and educate her community about SCD through art, fashion, and entertainment.
In 2010, she began volunteering for The Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey (SCANJ) and demonstrated her tenacity and dedication by advocating for positive change in the community – so much so, she was named the 2010 Advocate of The Year. The Rutgers University alumna is a master trainer for the Stanford School of Medicine’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and helps people find ways to improve their health. She’s served as vice chairman of SCANJ’s Patient Centered Outcomes Research Project and has held many leadership roles that include event host, talent coordinator, videographer/photographer, and spokesperson.
Ediomi’s committed to her community and lives with a life goal of helping SCD patients recognize their boundless potential.
